Jan 08 Speaker John Jacobs, Executive VP of NASDAW Our speaker in January was John Jacobs. John is the Executive Vice-President of the NASDAQ stock market. He provided an overview of the history of the NYSE and the NASDAQ. John shared how the brand of NASDAQ has been built and why more companies are choosing to list and stay with NASDAQ. No longer the "farm team", major players in business are staying with NASDAQ. John provided great insight about where the market's going in 2008: Up, and down, and at sometimes flat.

Welcome to 2008
New President John Treseler welcomes all returning CBN members and many new members after a successful Gala to close out our 2007 year. Our breakfast attendance has increased significantly, and the business deals going on between members are proof positive that being part of a trusted group of business leaders can make a difference to your bottom line, and to Catholic Education.
